Inside Sales Representative:
Plitek L.L.C. is a globally recognized Custom Converter and Manufacturer of plastics, films, foams, adhesives plus a recognized leader in the Point of Purchase Packaging Markets.
Located in the Chicago area we have an excellent career opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to provide customer sales, project development and customer support for our Packaging Products Business Unit.

Job Summary:
Primary job responsibilities include sales development and expansion of our packaging products thru lead development, phone sales, and direct marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Identification and sales development of potential customers that fit our model.
Accelerate the growth of our products via the phone, internet, e-mail, and direct mail sales initiatives.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives in a given territory.
Provide support, maintain, and grow existing business with key customers.
Report on all key activities, communications, and results to company employees.
Identify, market, and promote expansion of new products to our potential markets.
Handle samples, quotes, literature, and administrative functions.

Compensation:
Base salary + quarterly bonus plan

Qualifications:
College Degree preferred but not required.
1-3 years inside sales experience a plus.
Self Motivated proactive sales attitude with good communication skills.
Good computer skills.
